YourPlace Housing recently had the privilege of hosting our first tenant scrutineers’ group.
The topic for discussion was: “How we engage with those tenants who need new accommodation due to our property development program.”
We asked the attendees to do a deep dive into their experience, provide feedback and make recommendations on ways we could improve in the future. As a result, we now have a clearer understanding of the assistance and information required before, during and after a tenant’s relocation.
YourPlace Housing would like to express our gratitude to everyone who participated, including those who gave us separate feedback.
We found the afternoon extremely valuable and a great opportunity to pick the brains of those people with first-hand experience.
