At YourPlace Housing, we are committed to providing safe, comfortable, and suitable housing for all of our tenants.
Since August, we have been undertaking building assessments across all of our properties. Our goal is to ensure every home meets and exceeds the community housing standards.
Our Senior Asset Coordinator, Skyy Harrington, is visiting our properties focusing on key areas such as structural integrity, safety, and living conditions. Due to the number of assessments, we have also brought in another assessor from the community housing sector to assess some of our properties. We believe that maintaining high standards not only improves the quality of life for tenants, but also fosters a sense of pride and trust.
