Our priority at YourPlace Housing is to ensure people feel safe in their homes and in the workplace.
The current evidence suggests that getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the best way to protect people and their families, and there is evidence that vaccinated people are less infectious and significantly less likely to become seriously ill. We continue to review the most current medical advice provided by SA Health.
As South Australia gradually opens the borders and reduced restrictions, YourPlace has adopted a range of strategies to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection for tenants, workers and the public, including:
- Within the office, we have adopted some further measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and protect staff and visitors, including mandatory masks when moving around or when in meetings.
- YourPlace will seek to ensure our services continue as per usual, noting that these new arrangements will have some impacts on day to day business.
