YourPlace Housing inspects each property every 3 years to capture detailed information about its physical condition and to inform future planning.
The information gathered through the building assessments will be used to develop maintenance plans and budget estimates to ensure each property is fully maintained over its life.
Typically an inspection reports on:
- Current condition of the property
- Safety and structural integrity issues
- Tenancy risks such as hoarding, damage or illegal structures
We will notify you when your property is due for an assessment. Building assessments generally take about an hour to complete.
