Our priority at YourPlace Housing is to ensure people feel safe in their homes and in the workplace.
The current evidence suggests that getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the best way to protect people and their families, and there is evidence that vaccinated people are less infectious and significantly less likely to become seriously ill.
As South Australia gradually opens the borders and eases restrictions, YourPlace has adopted a range of strategies to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection for tenants, workers, and the public, including:
- Only workers and contractors who are fully vaccinated can visit our properties or our office.
- All workers and contractors will be required to wear masks while visiting our properties.
- Within the office, we have adopted some further measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission and protect staff and visitors, including mandatory masks when moving around or when in meetings.
