Ingredients:
- 10 Cups popped popcorn
- 1 Pack (280g) large marshmallows
- ¼ Cup butter, cubed
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- Optional: Candy Canes, black pearl sprinkles, orange licorice pastels and smarties
Directions:
- Place popcorn in a large bowl.
- In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows, butter and salt. Stir over medium-low heat until melted.
- Pour over popcorn: mix well and allow to slightly cool.
- With greased hands, shape mixture into 12 popcorn balls, each about ¾ cup in size (this might be a job for parents as mixture may be hot).
- Placed on waxed paper and decorate as desired.
- Allow to stand until cooled.
