Simply go to www.yourplacehousing.com.au, the Tenant Services tab, and click on → Policies and Forms.

We have added a Tenancy Succession Policy, Temporary Absence and Caretaker Policy and Application Forms and will soon update other policies and forms in line with the recent changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
