Modifications are works undertaken and financed by a tenant.
YourPlace Housing understands that tenants may want to make alterations to the property to make it more comfortable and to personalise the space. We will always try to accommodate requests to modify a property as long as they are reasonable and practicable.
You will need our written permission to do this. Any changes to your home must be supported by a Alterations Request Application Form. All requests will be carefully assessed and considered.
