Don’t forget to complete YourPlace Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Everyone who completes a survey will be automatically entered into a draw to win a $50 gift voucher. There are 10 prizes in total, and the winning entries will be notified at the end of the survey period. All survey responses are totally anonymous and will be kept separate from the prize draw
At YourPlace Housing we are committed to providing the best possible service for our tenants.
This year, YourPlace Housing is working with the Community Housing Industry Association NSW (CHIA NSW1) to get your feedback on how we are going. We are inviting all tenants to complete a survey to tell us about what you think we do well, and where you think we can improve. CHIA NSW will ensure that your responses are maintained in strict confidentiality.
How do I complete the survey?
There are two options to complete the survey. Either,
- Complete the paper survey posted to you, and return it to CHIA NSW using the enclosed envelope. This envelope is already pre-stamped, so you can simply drop it off at any mailbox.
- Visit communityhousing.org.au/YourPlace2021 and complete the survey online. Your username and password are provided in the cover letter attached to the survey. You can also call Tenant and Housing Services on 8351 8466 to obtain your username and passcode.
For guardians or carers who are completing the survey on behalf of a tenant
Please respond to the questions based on:
- Your experiences when dealing with YourPlace Housing on behalf of the tenant
- Your knowledge of the tenant’s experience living in a YourPlace Housing property.
When do I need to complete the survey by?
Please complete/return this survey by Friday 9th April 2021.
